Green Apple Media Solutions values the satisfaction of our clients and strives to provide the highest quality of services in Web Design & Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, SEO, PPC, Content Writing, Social Media Marketing, and other related services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for canceling services and requesting refunds.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Client:
    • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order via email or by contacting your assigned Account Manager.
    • Cancellation requests will only be considered if the work has not yet commenced. Once the project execution has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
    • In the case of monthly or quarterly contracts, cancellation requests should be made at least one month before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
  2. Cancellation by Green Apple Media Solutions:
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order or project for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of services, inaccuracies in pricing or descriptions, or if the client fails to provide required information for project execution.
    • Clients will be notified via email if their order is canceled by Green Apple Media Solutions. Any payments made in advance will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Green Apple Media Solutions offers refunds in specific cases, as outlined below:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • If the client is dissatisfied with the services provided and communicates this concern within 30 days from the date of the first installment, a refund request can be made.
    • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable service charges, including taxes and fees for work already completed by us at the hourly rate agreed upon.
  2. Non-Refundable Conditions:
    • Once a design mock-up or service deliverable is approved by the client.
    • If project delays occur due to lack of communication or delayed responses from the client’s end.
    • If a project or service is completed as defined in the agreed-upon scope of work.
  3. Web Hosting and Domain Registrations:
    • Web Hosting payments made on a yearly basis are non-refundable due to upfront payments made to third-party hosting providers.
    • Monthly or quarterly hosting contracts can be canceled by notifying us at least one month in advance before the renewal date.
    • Domain registrations are non-refundable once the registration process is completed.

Refund Process

  • All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds for payments made by credit/debit card or net banking will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
